SERVE ON THE DREAM TEAM

The Dream team is how we live out our calling to be the Church.

By serving with our time and gifts, we follow Jesus’ example of serving one-another and hep create life-giving environments where people can discover Christ, recover their identity, and uncover their purpose.

From Dream City Kids to Production and everything in between, the Dream Team includes a wide range of opportunities to serve. Whether you love working with people, serving behind the scenes, or using creative and technical gifts, there’s a place for you to serve with purpose.

  • Experience Teams help create the moments that make Dream City feel like home. From the front doors to the sanctuary, these teams serve with intention, excellence, and care so every person feels welcomed, safe, and connected. If you love creating meaningful first impressions, hospitality, and helping people belong, this is a powerful place to serve.

    The Team Includes:

    • Greeter Team

    • Dream City Cafe

    • Security Team

    All Secuirty team members are required to complete a background check prior to serving.

  • The Worship Team exists to help lead the church into the presence of God. Through prayerful preparation, musical excellence, and unity, this team creates space for the congregation to engage in worship, reflection, and response. If worship is your calling and you love leading others into it, this team may be for you.

    This Team Includes:

    • Instrumentalist

    • Vocalist

    • Sound Technician

    All volunteers are required to complete a background check prior to serving.

  • Dream City Kids exists to help children encounter Jesus in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Serving newborns through fifth grade, this team partners with families to help kids grow in faith through worship, teaching, and relationships. If you have a heart for the next generation, this team helps shape lives that last.

    This Team Includes:

    • Check-In Team

    • Nursery/Preschool

    • Elementary

    All volunteers are required to complete a background check prior to serving.

  • Youth Leaders help create a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment for students. This team builds relationships, leads activities, and supports spiritual growth on Wednesday nights and at special events. If you’re passionate about mentoring the next generation, this role is for you

  • The Production Team helps create an engaging worship experiences through lighting, audio, video, and technology. Serving behind the scenes, this team supports both in-person and online gatherings so people can stay connected to what God is doing. If you enjoy technology and helping create meaningful moments, this team plays a vital role.

    • Camera Operator

    • Light Technician

    • Multimedia Technician

    • Livestream Operator

    • Buzz Anchor

    • Photography & Social Media

    All photography & social media team members are required to complete a background check prior to serving.
