The Promise I Genesis 11-15

In Genesis 11-15, humanity tries to build a tower to make a name for themselves - revealing the seduction of pride and self-made security. At Babel, God interrupts their ambition and scatters them, not out of cruelty, but to redirect the story. While people strive to elevate their own name, God calls Abram and promises, “I will make your name great.” This week, we explore the contrast between building our own towers and trusting God to build His promise - learning that blessing flows not from self-exaltation, but from surrender.
